Frost Wipe Scrapers: All Sales Final

Please be aware that all sales of Frost Wipe scrapers are final, and we do not permit returns or refunds unless the items are damaged or lost.

15-Day Return Policy on Damaged Items:

To initiate a return, please contact us at support@frostwipe.com or call 1 (314) 492-6740.


If your return is accepted, you are responsible for the return shipping label, and we will provide instructions. Unauthorized returns will not be accepted. Additionally, a minimum 5% restocking fee applies to all returns.

Cancellation Policy:

Orders cancelled before shipping will incur a minimum $1.00 Cancellation Fee.

Damages and Issues:

Promptly inspect your order upon receipt. If the item is defective, damaged, or incorrect, contact us immediately for resolution.

Exceptions/Non-Returnable Items:

Certain items are non-returnable, including LAST/FINAL SALE items, perishable goods, custom products, and personal care goods. We also cannot accept returns for hazardous materials, flammable liquids, or gases. If you have concerns, please contact us. Additionally, to be eligible for a return, items must be in the same condition as when you received them—unworn or unused, with tags, and in their original packaging.

Unfortunately, we cannot accept returns on sale items or gift cards.

Exchanges:

For a faster exchange, return the item and make a separate purchase for the new item.

European Union 14-Day Cooling Off Period:

If shipping to the European Union, you have the right to cancel or return your order within 14 days, following the same conditions as our regular return policy.

Refunds:

Once we receive and inspect your return, we will notify you of approval status. If approved, you will be automatically refunded via your original payment method within 14 business days. Please note that banks or credit card companies may take additional time to process and post the refund. A minimum 5% restocking fee applies to all returned items.
